Hello, Everyone. I've had a few set backs in the month of May (nearly a 10lb gain ๐). I haven't been eating well and haven't been able to exercise, due to a pinched nerve in the neck. I've been really down on myself, but I am finally ready to take back control. So I'm here, I'm recommitting, and ready to get these lbs offโฆ

I had a bad flare up this week and haven't been able to exercise, but I'm still eating the same. Probably the reason for the gain. Oh well.โฆ

You should look at beach body workouts. They have helped me so much on days that I don't feel like leaving home for a walk/run. It is 100$ a year and you have access to thousands of workouts that include circuit training, cardio, weight lifting, yoga, boxing. There is something for everyone! Also, thank you starting anโฆ
