I'd be no help at all. I finished losing my weight mid-way through 2018. I only stick around here because y'all don't mind having someone in maintenance play along. It's the same book, just a different chapter. I hope you join me sooner or later, and you WILL if you want to.

I am the worldβs slowest loser. I lose a half pound a week at best. Itβs hard to hang in there but Iβve lost almost 7 pounds since January. It does add up, however painfully slow. I am cutting my carbs way down for the month of March to see if that moves things along any faster.4
