    Original Start: 238 (Way back in August 2013)

    March start Weight: 123.8 lb.
    March Goal Weight: 120 lb.
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 99 lb. (I am very short, I am only 5'3)

    Total March Loss: 1 lb.

    I forgot to post yesterday. I can assume that I won't lose anything by tomorrow. I guess I have only lost 1 pound this month. I was hopping finally be in the 110s or close to it but hopefully next month.

    Missed my march goal by 300 grams. But I’m still doing my happydance ;)

    Assuming I keep this rate of loosing +/- 2,5kg per month I should’ve reached my ultimate goal in about 4 months.
    And THEN comes the really difficult part: holding the weight!!! Looking at the past 5-7 years I have regularly lost weight, typically around 10kg, in the spring just to regain them (or more) over the next ¾ - 1½ years. Fortunately I know what I’ve been doing wrong :(:D and I promised myself to not fall back into the old, bad habits.

    My name is Donna. I am 59 years young, 5’ 5” tall and from the Midwest.

    Original starting weight: 253.0
    March start Weight: 199.8
    March Goal Weight: 193.8
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (we’ll see when I get there!)



    Mar 1 : 199.8 A bigger me. However, a better me is on the way! Good luck everyone!
    Mar 8: 201.0 I’ve got to watch portion control, even on my “diet” foods!
    Mar 15: 200.1
    Mar 22: 202.0 Failing terribly with this shortage of foodstuff & ingredients. Putting on my thinking cap! Gotta move more. Still too cold outside. Working on some inside ideas I can follow through with.
    Mar 29: 203.5. I promise it will get better!
    Mar 31: 203.5 I hit my head on the same wall over & over and kept getting the same results. No surprises there! April will show a weight loss. Recommitting to myself the promise of health & vitality.

    Final thoughts: During this global pandemic, it is more important than ever to stay healthy. I am recommitting to self-improvement and better health overall. Bring April ON!!!!!!
