Welcome to the April challenge, new month new challenge ๐ and I welcome all new 1st timers๐
Wow what a month March has been, with a lot of us finding ourselves at home with a lot more time on our hands!?!
Iโve joined one of these groups in april 2019 best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb between April and July and another 7lb in sept. Itโs really nice to see how others are getting on๐
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a summer/ winter holiday booked, a party invite or just want to lose those Christmas bellies!
Never too late to start. If your reading this challenge half way through the month you can still join in!๐
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better๐

I will be relying on the motivation of this group more than ever over this coming month as Iโm one of those people that will just sit at home eating all my food supplies out of boredom! I lose weight by monitoring my calories rather than exercise. However being on lockdown I need to tweak my attitude, I will be getting out my old ps2 and dance mat5

You should look at beach body workouts. They have helped me so much on days that I don't feel like leaving home for a walk/run. It is 100$ a year and you have access to thousands of workouts that include circuit training, cardio, weight lifting, yoga, boxing. There is something for everyone! Also, thank you starting an April group! ๐๐ค2 -

I have found that a daily walk for 30-45 minutes has helped a ton with my stress levels this last month and also helped with weight loss. I have also found that I am starting to look forward to it which, in the past, was the last thing I wanted to do. Im looking forward to this challenge with all of you!!5 -
