During this time, I know it is a daily priority for me to manage my mood because that sets the tone for how the day will play out. Before hitting the news updates, I go out the door, double up on my exercise, and make a list of simple things I will do today to nurture my happiness.
For sure the world will not be delivering happiness to me, not these days or months, so it's on me to create that happiness.2 -

Weighed in a day early as I may not be able to log tomorrow. I've had to switch scales and I think the one I use at home is a pound light so I added a pound for a buffer. Hopefully it's only a pound light.

Well, I hit my goal, even in these trying times. I need to start looking at exercise routines as I am unable do my usual 5 mile walk daily.

The past week I did stick to no snacking after dinner and I added weights to my exercise routine. This week I also added more fat to my diet (dark chocolate)! Seems to be working. Will try this thru next week and see if the weight keeps dropping.7 -
