Yes, yes, and yes. Today's exercise was 3 1/2 hours of painting my kids room, plus cleaning and cooking. It was a very productive day here.

Yes for all 3 Today was one of those easy days where I never felt like I was on a diet. I had a lot of calories left over, so I measured out potatoes to match my leftover calories and made a huge plate of oven baked fries for dinner. It is a nice way to end my day.

Nice to see another vegan on here. In the past I have had issues with emotional eating too. I am hoping being accountable to a group will help with that. Meal prepping and not having my "emotional" snacks in my house has helped a lot lately as well. Good luck to you!
