  • Yes x 3 Exercise: Quick 1 mile jog, 3 hill sprints, 45 min HITT, 6 min yoga for a cool down, then a nice evening hike with my oldest son. We had some really nice chats. Calories were right where I wanted them to be, so it was a good day. I am loving the Yellowstone pics!
  • Yes x 3 Exercise: I started with hill sprints, I forgot to time them, so I would like to say 3 hours, because that is what it felt like....but it was probably 7-10 min. Lol. Then, 55 min HIIT challenge. I ended with 18 min of yin yoga. My muscles have that lovely jell-o feeling now. My calories ended up way under again…
  • I admire how no matter what happens to you, you never give up. You have faced a lot of stress, and travels lately, but you are still here trying and faithfully logging. You eat healthy and exercise, so I am sure your vacation weight will come off quickly.
  • Yes x 3 Exercise was day 5/28 of my HIIT challenge 55 min, plus 15 min of deep yoga stretches I woke up late and never ate breakfast, so my calories ended up being crazy low.
  • Yes x 3 My calories were way under today. It was a rest day for my HIIT program, so I just did 30 min of yoga. I ordered a new thicker mat so that I can start practicing my yoga handstands again. I thought it would be a fun goal during this lockdown time.
  • Yes X 3 I am 3 days into my HIIT challenge and I still don't have abs like Chloe Ting. :D Today was meal prep day. I made lots of good things to keep me on track this week. Black bean burgers, southwest vegetable soup, oven baked fries, and pumpkin protein cookies.
  • Yes x 3 Exercise was a lovely family hike.
  • I love that everyone is off to such a good start! Yes x 3 Exercise was day 2/28 of my HIIT challenge 36 min., 26 min intense yin yoga, followed by some foam rolling cause I was soooo sore. I lost 4 lbs last month, but I am going to challenge my self to lose at least 5 this month, so I set up some goals for myself, I…
  • Yes x 3 I let my teenage niece talk me into doing a 1 month Chloe Ting shred HIIT challenge with her. Today was day 1, one hour. I did work up a good sweat which was what I was going for. Overall it was not too hard. I didn't like her cool down though, I feel like I need more intense stretching, so I'll be swapping out…
  • Pass day 2 Today was a planned cheat day. I promised myself that if I made it to near the end of the month without using any cheat days I would give myself a vegan pizza and cheesecake day. I did use one cheat day, but I only went 5 calories over my limit that day, so I was kind to myself. Daiya cheesecake did not…
  • ...also, feel free to send me a friend request if you would like some extra encouragement.
  • Hi everyone! I am back for a second month of UAC since this challenge helped me so much last month. I did competitive martial arts for years at a international level, but when COVID hit, all of my competitions and training stopped. I went from training for 3 plus hours a day to being a couch potato. At first I really…
  • Yes x 3 Exercise was 30 min of intense yin yoga and some taekwondo kicking drills.
  • Yes x 3 I have only used 1 pass day, so I should make the winner's circle this month. I have really appreciated the help and support from this group. I learned how to tackle my weight loss issues that were holding me back and have lost almost 4 pounds so far this month.
  • Yes x 3 Another busy day of house projects here which I counted as my exercise. I also did some meal prepping which should make staying on track the next couple of weeks much easier.
  • Pass day 1 for me. I went just a few calories over.
  • Yes x 3 Exercise was 30 min of some gentle yoga...my body needed it today.
  • Yes x 3 House renovations have me being active for about 5-6 hours a day this week. My extra veggies challenge (50/50 plate method) is keeping my calories low, so the past couple of days I am burning more than I can eat. I am not hungry though, and my energy is good, so I am just rolling with it.
  • Yes x 3, went on a hike this evening with my dog.
  • I am so sorry for your loss!
  • Yes x 3 Exercise was 50 min of yoga I decided to try adding more veggies to my meals (the 50/50 plate method), my calories ended up being quite lower and I was much less hungry...why didn't I try this before?
  • Yes x 3 Today was meal prep day. Lots of healthy eating options now, but I "had" to sample everything, so I ended my day with only 9 calories leftover.
  • [quote="josefinejem;c-4534396 Oooh, was that a private class or is it publicly available? I did TKD for some ten years, would love to try something like that! [/quote] That is so cool! 10 years!!! Just WOW!!! I have been at it only about 8 years, 5 years competitively. I did ITF. Sorry, this one was a private class form my…
  • Yes x 3 Exercise was 60 min of taekwondo kicking drills (online class). I followed it with 20 min of intense yin yoga stretches.
  • Yes x 3 I traveled back home today after visiting family. I am so glad I made a point to get my exercise in before the road trip. (20 min bike ride, then yoga.) I am home now and fighting the urge to stress eat. I stayed in my calorie range the whole trip, so I keep telling myself that I don't want to ruin it now. I think…
  • Yes x 3 I can't say enough how thankful I am to be a part of this group. It is truly helping me form the habits and accountability I need for consistent weight loss. I was really struggling last month.
  • Yes x 3 I somehow managed to stay well under my calorie limit despite a road trip and and visiting family. I feel so much better for not stuffing myself as I usually would. Exercise was a 25 min bike ride and some yoga.
