I don’t eat my excercise calories and I don’t like that the app adds the calories onto your total. If I eat the excercise calories I always gain.

I sprinkle mine with cinnamon. After you go without sugar for a while cinnamon tastes really sweet.

I get a lot of great compliments but some bad ones. The worst being: “are you sick”. People!

Great! I love stepping on the scale and hitting a new weight bracket! I always set my goals for every ten pounds. I love it ❤️ I’m aiming for 149 right now!
