Are you able to exercise at all? It is so hard for me to loose when pg but if i keep koving my weight is easier to manage. Try to up the protien and eat protein at every meal. If you cam limit starchy carbs too that is a big help.

Hello, I'm an older mom! 46 , Im 30 weeks pregnant with baby #8 and I have had nothing but issues! baby looks good but because of high BP and now they say I have Gestational Diabetes.
