Thank you, everyone, for the great advice! <3 I recalculated for a one pound per week loss, and if I were sedentary, I MFP gave me 1300. SO if I were to really burn 500 day via exercise, then I guess I would be eating closer to 1800? That sounds a lot easier than 1500. :)
