At the start of the year, I would've said that it's all about abs! But 3+ months of focus on strength training and building muscle have convinced me otherwise. I know that one day I will get back to having good abs again, but I'm also very excited about how my strength has improved. January 2019 Today

I knew my shoulders were getting bigger - a trainer at my gym even complimented me on them this week. But I didn't know how much they were growing until I took this flexing selfie.

I got two personal bests in the gym today. They are very small compared to many guys, but progress is progress. They're a lot better than where I was a few months ago. 120 lbs for 5 reps on bench press and 90 for 5 reps on incline bench press. FYI - it's a screenshot from a video I recorded, not the video itself! :-)

In the past two weeks or so, I've had several people tell me they can tell I've been working out and building some muscle - and another NSV is having shirts like this that show it off.

Hi all - sorry I haven't posted in a while, but thankfully my progress is continuing. I even had to buy a bigger shirt to work out in, because this blue one is now tough to get out of when it's drenched after a workout.
