You're fine... I wouldn't drink 10 cups or anything though. I found when I drink caffeine before playing tennis or a run that I get exhausted quicker, but if I'm not doing HIT or just working out in the gym then I would prefer to have it.

35 years old, 185lbs 6'1 and I cut 5 lbs... I cut a lot of sodium out of my diet and found that my salt based water softener was adding sodium to my water so I switched to a salt free water softener..
