  • New to MFP, was using WW, but someone mentioned MFP on WW so checked it out and this is working a whole lot better for me. Calorie counting just makes sense! Starting September at 225 Goal end of September 219 Workout with Daily Burn at least 5 days a week SW 250 GW 160
  • Just discovered this app last week through a post on weight watchers (funny, they don't count calories)! Started using it and love it. Have lost 24 of 90 of the pounds I want to lose over the last three months. Would love some friends who understand the struggle, so we can keep each other motivated!
