Lyztelk, I also struggle sleeping sometimes, esp after a few drinks. So, it sounds super silly, but I've started wearing a sleep mask. We had a few laying around from a recent flight and I was like, why not. It's not perfect, but I honestly think it has helped me. It's like I've zoned in more on the task at hand LOL!
