Thankyou for the encouragement and advice. I will be more respectful to treadmills, LOL, especially with the weather turning very cold now. Also, think of MMA, as Iozenger suggested.

In two months, I lost 25 lb, went from couch to 5km, and brought BMI down from 33.5 to 29.7. I am feeling much better even though there is a long way to go still.
