Yep to all three! I had a long hard day at work and was about to settle down for the night when I remembered I hadn't done my 20 mins, so I got up and did 20 mins if weights at home. It's so good to see everyone doing so well🌼

Hey! I completely agree, I feel like my depression causes me to eat so much, even when I feel sick because I'm so full, I just can't stop.
