The first few days I started MFP I was eating badly but I committed at least to track no matter what. So I tracked the bad food and when I closed the diary it said in 5 weeks I’d gain 10 pounds if every day was like that day. That was a wake up call. The app gave me tough love :D

I turned 40 three months ago. I was going to be back in fighting shape by then (looks away), didn’t happen. Doing it now though!!! Let’s go!

Will add you as soon as I figure out how on this app! I’m losing weight for the 3rd time in life but I’m 40 now so it’s awesome :( That’s why I’m “all in” and looking for friends. My husband’s metabolism still thinks we’re 19, so I’m alone in this house. He ate a pack of Milano cookies last night. MILANO COOKIES!!!

OMG I love this. Could be titled “honest” reason. Mine is because I’m terrified to see anyone who hasn’t seen me in a while. Chances are, I won’t run into anyone as I live in a different town. Also no one cares... but I get anxiety leaving the house. I don’t mind leaving the house without makeup or in sweats, etc, but…
