I am addicted to chick peas. In and on everything. Chick pea curry is awesome. I also make marinated chick peas. Rinse a can of chick peas. I love to make curries using chick peas, and also marinated chick peas. I add marinated chick peas on top of salads and they fill me up. One can of rinsed chick peas, add juice of one lime, half a clove of garlic, minced, 1 tbs olive oil, salt and pepper. I also eat less meat and the stuff I do eat is humanely raised.

To add a different view here...would you happen to be traveling to a higher altitude? High altitude makes your body swell, retain water, produce extra blood cells. Also when I travel, which is soley camping at altitude, I gain weight despite eating less. I think it is the added salt and water retention. It goes away by…
