You could have injured you back especially if you're not used to doing squats. Squats and deadlifts are 2 of my 3 heaviest lifts and it's easy to have bad form. Are you still sore?

If you're trying to drop, it should be 1450~ for now and as you drop so will your calorie intake but, yes 1700/1800 is too much if you're trying to drop.

Kodiak powder waffles 2 for 230 calories Jenni-o Turkey sausage link 2 for 70 calories. Zero calorie syrup. I got used to not using any syrup anymore but, there is zero calorie syrup.
