Tha ls for tips all, I've been here before and lost 100. Right now it's a mentality that I need to get rid of my bad habits. So I'm trying to eat clean, stay away from processed foods and those other meals that I tend to indulge and are never filling enough. A slize of pizza leads to a beer leads to some wings whxih leads…

Thanks for bringing that into focus. In an effort to stay in the wagon, I'd rather keep away from the "pleasure food" for a few months while I build a solid habit. Then slowly start introducing some of those foods...with portion control.
