One day I am going to learn that 30 minutes of moderate exercise when on 1000 calories a day is a limit, not a suggestion. 🤪

Has a great time with the Family this evening. Celebrating my middle daughter’s 22nd Birthday a bit early. Man, time flies!

Be sure to work through your PT, being enthusiastic to make an appointment even if there is not one to attend is a good thing. My father had a replacement at 75, he stuck to the prescribed recovery plan and in no time we had him out Deep Sea Fishing for Sharks. He did great!

If you are looking for a weight management program, or something to get you started down the path to a new lifestyle. Look into California Medical Weight Management. I have a great experience so far and I have not felt hungry or tempted to have a “cheat day”.

Going to put on the leathers and my monitors and see what kind of workout I can get with some throttle therapy and some serious twists.

Weigh in tomorrow. Hopefully I will continue to move towards my goal. The CMWM program has really worked for me. It has been interesting trying to hit my dietary goals and not exceeding my daily exercise limits.....yes, limits. But I am on 1000 calories a day and I have seen what happens when I “overdo it”. Who am I to…

Had a great time with the Team this week. Managed to stick to my diet and found ways to get in some exercise. I thought it would be difficult to resist all the craft breweries and great food. Just did my weekly weight check and I dropped 4.6 lbs this week.

Keep at it, dedication to logging and exercise is a lifestyle change. This is my first time through this metamorphosis but the results are undeniable and keep driving me forward. Welcome back.

You will probably not cross paths at the gym. My wife and I use the same gyms and if we are there at the same time I am on weights and cardio equipment, she is doing classes. Be joyful in the fact he is going.

Off to Philly in the morning. Have to get creative on my activity and figure out how to eat/drink in a way that will not blow out my process so far.

Great way to be creative with your burn!

Headed to Philly this week to work with my Team. Down two pant sizes, have to run to the store and pick up some stuff.......or get a few roles of duct tape to keep clothes from falling off. 😂
-
That is dedication! I am sure you will hit your goal in no time.

Long day. Lots of activity and heavy lifting, surprisingly enough did not think of the diet once. Will see how sore I am tomorrow,

Hardest part of Keto is giving up my passion for home fermentation and “real beer” and wine. See you again my old friends....every great thing requires a sacrifice!

The hardest part of this Keto program is giving up my passion for home fermenting. Gonna miss “ real” beer and wine.....we will meet again!

Four months away from the big 50. Started back on the path to a healthy lifestyle. Going forward with a Keto based program. Hope to hit my target before my birthday. First 30 days were amazing.

Limited to 30 minutes of “moderate activity” as I can get.

I have been logging everyday since I started my program. Setting my goals was a bit tricky until I added the Premium Features. Now I am dialed in and committed to my goals!
