Happy Hump Day! I am getting back on track this week. Eating healthier & exercising. The weight this morning was 2 pounds down from Saturday's weight, while I know most of it is water but I am happy and know I am on the right path.

Hey everyone, I am finally back! Long story short, July to Oct are the busiest at work (I feel like I work 24/7) & I come out stressed and more pounds to lose. Happy Wednesday! It is cloudy and will start raining soon which is not bad at all, we've had a couple of days in the 90s and need this rain.
