  • Your pics are so motivating. It lets me know I can do this! Follow the way until the end result. I know Keto works I have tried it in the past for some weeks and lost the weight and drive too...it seems. I am hoping that when I start this time it will be a lifestyle change.

  • PIckles (they just scream FLAVOR) also try different cheeses. Some days I do organic cheddar, some days mozzarella, some days feta....yummy! ALSO try seasoning your tomatoes.....with herbs and spices....yummy!

  • I do not know what makes you tired....are you eating foods that give you enough energy. Even on keto you need enough fuels to keep the body going since you do not have carbs to depend on to give off energy.

  • I rather keep it by the bed for the morning, then having it before bedtime. I do not want to be getting up peeing during the night like I am pregnant.

  • Thanks! Trust me you can do it. I am watching what I am eating. I have cut out breads and sweets....n drinks...trying to consume 8 cups of water each day too....its a challenge, but I just think about the results and know its worth it. You can do it!

  • Hey, I am only counting water because that is currently all I am drinking. On the weekend I am probably going to do a coffee (as a treat), but I only have consumed water.
  • Thank a nice water bottle does help. I have 16.9 oz water bottles I take for work...so if I drink 4 a day I have reached my water goal.
