Hi there! I have the same weight loss goal as you ;) I've just been eating the same as usual but trying to cut out the more processed and junky foods. After a while, you can see a pattern forming. I go way too hard on the carbs and fat and usually go over my daily calorie intake by about 600 or so haha. Need more protein.…
