I am back to binge drinking on the weekends. With all the stress that's going on and being quarantined I've taken the "F" it attitude there is nothing else to do. This weekend I plan to reboot and not drink. Seems like everyone else is staying strong and doing well!

I was looking for 20# or 25# can't find them anywhere. I even looked at Facebook Marketplace. Finally my trainer said he can get me a pair of 20# from the gym that I can use until this is over. I hope he can come through with them.

I WFH so that has not changed. My gym is closed and I am just stuck. I dont have an at home gym routine. I don't have the weights I need. I guess I'll start running. I just feel so discombobulated.

All the bars and restaurants are closed here in Illinois. My bday is Friday and I planned a trip to ATL to see my sister now that is cancelled. My bday is going to suck this year. I did schedule a mani/pedi right now and I am going to my appt. I need something to feel good and get out of the house.

The doctors are begging people to stop buying masks because they are in need of them. Also wearing one while you are not sick doesn't prevent anything anyway. I would think it would be more of a risk if you are not changing it often with all of the secretions building up.

After tightening up on my diet it took an entire month for me to see any progress. And my weight went up before it started going down. So if you have no health issues/concerns then I would say give it some time and stay consistent, be patient and don't throw in the towel. And everything that flow chart says!

I have upped my protein significantly and I cut out alcohol significantly. Made a huge difference!

I friend request if I read someone's profile that I've seen in the forums that may have similar interests as mine. I've gotten friend requests saying they think my dogs are beautiful. They are though! :p
