It becomes quite annoying having to explain, justify or give an excuse every single time. When you tell people you are trying to lose weight they don't respect your efforts but they will respect a medical reason even if you dont have one. LOL!

We did a 7 day cruise in Alaska and I hate cruises but we went to celebrate a family member bday. I sooooo want to go back and to do a land tour only because Alaska is so beautiful I can get more appreciation being on land and touring than being on a cruise
