Sounds like he might be getting a kickback of some sort. You know what you are doing is working keep at it. It is sad that now a lot of doctors are more interested in the money and not the best care of the patient

Thank you all so much! Everything everyone said here is what my trainer said. I was annoyed when I saw the 1.5 muscle mass loss. I am losing weight, toning and getting really strong so when I saw the 1.5 I was pissed. I guess I will leave that machine alone for a bit since numbers affect my attitude. LOL

I agee. It makes me want to throw up. It's not appealing to watch people shoving a bunch of food in their mouths as fast as possible while it's spilling out on the sides and all. Yuck!

I found that drinking vodka ,club soda and lime really helps me stay in control. I have a nice buzz while being social and I don't have the urge to eat. Eat more protein. I am eating at a deficit and weight lifting. Eating more protein preserves muscle and helps to keep you more satisfied.

It is so easy to fall in that trap. I am guilty of it as well especially in the Summer months. This time I am taking a different approach mentally. I am learning this is a lifestyle mindset. Yes I can have a snack, treat or cheat day but I must get back on track with a continual lifestyle HABIT.

I dont eat or drink a lot of sugar because it makes hungrier and thristier shortly after. Unless you are diabetic there is nothing wrong with sugar.

I think the main takeaway from @sarahlifts post is to try and introduce your family to your world of healthier eating by you cooking some healthier meals for them. That way they can benefit and learn how to eat healthier.

I was disappointed. I knew John or Arya was going to kill Dany. I wanted John to take the dragon for himself. I didnt see Bran being the king. It was weird that they were like "Ok who wants to be King"

Went for my first outside run in 1 year. 5.76 miles in 1:43. My cardio has sucked!!!

I was disappointed how Cersei died. She was evil to so many people I wanted Arya or Dany to get direct revenge on her.
