  • How did you do it? Would love to hear about your meals and work outs. I am just starting over today. I despise working out but need to freaking get moving.
  • You have absolutely nothing to worry about at 5”4 and 120. I’m about the same height and would love to be that weight again. I weighed that at 26 years old. Now I’m 38 and am about 150. So I’m a little jealous lol.
