  • I do 16:8 been doing it for years ..not sure how much it helps but I enjoy it ..I have lost over 50lbs but I think that’s more from Caloric deficit
  • Counting calories seems to be the only way that works for me down 45lbs ..I am like you I eat whatever I want as long as it’s in my calorie goal
  • Plain and simple you can not out work a bad diet .. it’s all about calories in calories out ...3500 calories = 1 pound ..I stayed under between 1600-1800 calories a day work off around 250-400 calories a day and the weight fell off ...that’s just my experience
