My Oct runs will be cut back to running 30 min every other day in order to eliminate plantar fasciitis. I plan on adding strength training on my off days, maybe some cross training.... Mileage is a guess, I'm hoping I can start adding more mileage - we'll see what my foot says....

Met my goal for September dispite plantar fasciitis and shin pain! Will be running on the track again babying my grumpy legs for awhile. Thanks for letting us know about Zombie Run - very fun!!! :-)
