Thanks. You’re definitely right that personal experimentation with trial and error is the best way to know my own maintenance. I guess what makes it confusing is that in the past, I have maintained roughly the same weight on anywhere from 1500 to 2300 calories a day (at least, from what I can tell... I don’t have a scale…
