  • In one go, or by sets? I'm on twice 23 in the morning, adding 1 more push-up to each session every time. I can't do pushups everyday, as I'm doing "heavy" swimming training and my arms can't cope, but 3 to 4 times a week. I started 3 months ago, and I already went from 1 x 10 to 2 x 23.
