  • Hi, today's my first day on orlistat. Had porridge this morning, but just had carrots and fruit for lunch (zero fat) as I feel really aprehensive and don't know how my breakfast is going to... ahem... So want to wait and see what happens before I have any more fat (breakfast was like 7g fat including the milk in my coffee).
