Fantastic! I suffered a fitness halting injury back in 2012 and didn’t get back on the horse till last year. I picked up over a hundred pounds. Yikes! But I’m back at and have got back down to my “fighting weight”. Don’t give up. Keep that fire and take it one day at a time.
