  • Love Thai curry (all of them) so try to eat it once per week/two. If not I usually have some rice with chicken or just a salad with chicken and some salad toppers (recently discovered in sainsbury, delicious and healthy salad topper)
  • Have you tried ex hello fresh? They can deliver ready, fresh food to you on a daily basis. It's quite expensive though so it depends on your budget ;)
