I have mine set at 147.5lbs. (That 0.5 is very important!). At that weight, I will be "normal" by all those stupid BMI calculators, haha. It's stupid and spiteful, but that's how I picked it. I made a sausage/veggie sheet pan bake. My husband is a butcher so he brings home "defective" sausages - ones that are too small or burst (like the ones above). Bake in the oven at 425 for 25 minutes and, boom, Lunches for work for the week.
