  • I'm also struggling to get enough protein... I try to have Biltong or a Protein Bar as a snack daily. Tuna is great for protein, as well as Chicken Fillets. I normally add Shirataki Noodles to keep my carbs low. I'd also like some tips if anyone has any other ideas for more protein?
