Lift heavy and often with a progressive adding of weight. 1-5 lbs each time. Also eat steak and chicken and plain oatmeal and eggs. Cut out soda it's useless. Maybe a dozen a week now personally. I tried the 36 raw eggs a day oldschool strongman thing. But it wasn't happening. 10 in one day was rough enough.

Beef, chicken, eggs, salmon, whey protein is a good place to start. Especially if you use a scoop of it with a scoop of organic vegan vegtable protein powder for your vitamins.
