This stuff is like crack... but it’s kinda not because it’s actually really good for you, low sugar (8g per serving) and SO satisfying. I actually eat it for a dessert because if I want chocolate, it scratches that itch more than actual chocolate. I love Aldi so much.

I’ve heard of couch to 5K but kinda forgot about it! Thanks for the reminder!! I’d love to set a goal of running some race in the spring. It’s going to be winter here before long so I’ll stick with the treadmill for now.

I did 52 minutes of WERQ (dance fitness). So much fun! I'm able to keep an average heart rate of 168 during class and I am a sweaty mess when we're done.
