I constantly drink unsweetened herbal teas or just hot water with a slice of lemon. Never add sugar to coffee or tea. I don’t drink any pop or juices except tomato juice once in a blue moon and for some reason I drink it from the measuring cup. I brush my teeth right after dinner so I wouldn’t be tempted to eat anything.…

The greatness of MFP is that you can eat anything as long as you fit in your goals and also you can workout any way you want as long as you do something. Get yourself a kitchen scale, take measurements and log thats easy ( a lot of people over here are doing it daily )

Hello, My name is Natalia. I've lost 20 pounds around 4 years ago and always wanted to go for 15 more. I'm 5.5 and currently am 145 lbs. These last 10-15 is a b*tch! Good thing it looks like I can maintain lol I try to be present and supportive for all of my friends :)
