  • Weekend was a little rough, was at a birthday party Saturday and a buffet on Sunday. Thank goodness shrimp doesn’t have a lot of calories! Back on track during the week, walking more and consuming fewer calories.
  • Hope everyone has a terrific weekend. Off to grandsons birthday party...here’s hoping that I do more running around with the kids than snacking!
  • Hello everyone, back again after being inactive for afew years. Need some motivation and gentle prodding to get back in shape. Looking forward to being back in this group again and getting back on track for a healthier lifestyle.
