Good question: I chose 58-60kg, because I have once been at 61 and had the feeling I was still a little too heavy. Since I found my passion for running and mud-runs (I am training for my first 10k and mud run of 5k) I am not entirely sure, if I will stay with this target weight, but I'll find out. Uhhh, really nice. I don't need to lose 20 pounds more like 16, but I am in. Woould be really cool. I had my personal challenge to make it until December, 15th. But 1st would be even better. :) How are you guys doing so far?
