i did try it awhile ago but when you stop the weight kinda came back, isnt it basically low calories BS! stick with basic diet and exercise.

aha i've lost around 30 lbs when i started but that time I used to hit gym 7 days a week and hard weight training, so i guess i was burning calories there

yea i would say start logging your food and that would help alot btw dont cut your calories too fast

yea i agree with some people, i think it might be your metabolism for eating too less calories, it could be your metabolism damage(easily fixed). in my opinion try going up a little in calories and then start cutting carbs every 2 weeks or so untill you see changes. hope this helps
