@mtaratoot Her biggest buttercup was maybe the size of a baseball, it was half eaten. The others were smaller but half eaten as well. The plants look good, healthy nice size. I don't think they're slugs; I've seen what slugs can do to strawberries. :( She has no idea what's been nibbling things. One year something came and…

Going out searching the back country roads today. It's haying season again. :)

Well, Bless your heart. :)

I'd rather do it in the woods. OH, you're talking about toilets! Ick. I can't think too much about it because I'd just have to bathe in sanitizer afterwards.

Hi Marie, wishing you well with your surgery!! I live in Vermont and my PA recommended this forum a couple years ago(3 maybe?) when I was just about crying in her office because I kept taking off and putting on the same 50+ pounds. Best advice I ever got!! There is simple magic about this place, if you stay consistent and…

Haha crochety old man. I've got one of them. :/

Have to get back into the garden today and tend to it. I've been extremely lazy about it for a week. I've had more interest in eating junk. :( Do you all realize how much a garden changes in a week? Especially during prime growing season? I found cucumbers almost ready to pick, and cherry tomatoes. All my lettuce have…

Pay Day candy bars. Every time I go to the store and ask hubby if there's anything he wants, it's 'pick me up a Pay Day'. Well, yesterday I bought 2, 1 for him and 1 for......uh, the dog. :/ But it was so good!!

Oh nice!! Holland would be a wonderful place to see! Hope your time there was memorable!

I have seen a huge lack of concern of Covid being a thing anymore. Even I've slacked off from wearing a mask in the stores, or anywhere else. :( But it's still very much around. My nephew and his family travelled several states away, by car, to attend a family event. Out of 10 people, 7 experienced Covid symptoms or tested…

Definitely this. It's just another guide to use as a tool but with a grain of salt.

Bet he leaves the toilet seat up.

I used to LOVE Shirley Temple movies. :)

@Sinisterbarbie1 Wow, what you said resonates so well with me. I can go off for a day, and maybe a few, but longer than that and I realize something else is going on, then it becomes so much harder to pull myself back. Glad to hear it's not just me. Good luck to you as well!

And the cuffs. Sorry, eavesdropping. :) I have to say I wish every guy had a smile like that. :)

Especially from upstanding law-abiding citizens. :)

I should've saved them. :/

I'm placing all the blame on this thread. The reason I am insatiable right now. :)

You don't wanna see my answer. :/ But ATM it's peanut butter fudge. :/ Monday it'll be spinach. Honest. :)

I'm with @FireMonkey. Even right down to the sweet tooth. :( Logging everything has helped me immensely and without it, I'm lost and unmotivated. I've pulled away from counting calories and exercising every day and it shows. My commitment has gone out the window. Do you have specific questions, are you finding more…

Thanks @AnnPT77 Yesterday I was busy all day, mowing the lawn as well. This morning when I woke up, I could feel twinges again and thought dang it, what'd I do? I mowed. We have hills that are a bit challenging. So in finding my limits, I'm learning as I go along. :) At least until it's 100%.

I see nothing wrong with rewards for attaining goals! It gives us extra incentive to work a little harder while realizing our ultimate reward is living healthier, with less physical issues. ETA: Your goals are all health related which makes it even better. It's not like 'if I eat good this week I'll buy ice cream this…

I've always thought 'other people' had some magical answer or special powers that they used in those bingeing times, to keep them from doing so. I swear there's a switch inside me somewhere, that is currently in the off mode. When I find the on mode again, I'll get back on track and forge on ahead. I admit it's going to be…

Yeh, I thought that too. Definitely needs some communication and listening, compromise, some sort of solution but ready to 'leave me food alone or leave?' JMO but if it came to that, there'd be a whole lot more going on. Good Luck @ChickenKillerPuppy and hope something has gotten resolved for you.

Argh, that intense need for food to alleviate all our issues, beats out everything else some(huh most!) days. :/ I'm on the upswing once again of pounds plopping back on. I know people say instead of psyching yourself up and planning that 'start again' day, to just do it now. But I need to psyche myself up so Monday I get…

HYYY, I thought you'd be able to read my mind and bring home some ice cream.

Oh that's beautiful <3 Of course you said yes? :)
