On vacation, my partner and I tend to walk EVERYWHERE (usually well over 10k steps a day) unless the location absolutely requires driving/uber. The exploration is fun and calories are burned. Food-wise, I try to eat a salad and/or extra veggies as a side with roughly 85% of meals, plus have at least 2 glasses of water per…

It's almost 2 am (insomnia due to lack of actual sleep schedule), but yesterday morning I had a simple shrimp omelette over rice for "brunch" (meaning I ate at noon). It was very filling and yummy.

Are you monitoring your protein intake? Sometimes upping protein during main meals can help stave off the extra grazing and then you can "snack" healthier during scheduled snack times. For my sweet tooth, I like zero-sugar soda or vanilla almond butter as an evening treat/snack ;)

My partner and I used to eat out more, but I've been cooking at home about 95% of the time here recently. I do enjoy that I can cook yummy, filling meals for us that are more within my calorie count and also save money. About $175 for 2 weeks of meals for 2 adults (vs $40-$100+/meal for eating out).
