  • Hi all I was looking to kick start my habits and lose some weight. I’ve resisted MFP and logging for so long, I’ve tried all the fads and have had minimal success. A couple of coaches I respect have said ditch the fads and just go with MFP. So here goes, what better way than to start a challenge in August!
