I'm thinking of doing two cheat "meals" a week. I feel like if I have an entire cheat day, it would encourage me to binge eat (a problem I already am trying to quit). One of my new fave desserts is mixing one 60 calorie Jello pudding cup, any flavor, with some sliced strawberries and a few tablespoons of light cool whip. Really delicious.

There's a mini golf course there called Pirate's Cove. It's actually part of a chain of mini golf places that are all over the country. It's fun and some of the holes are pretty cool. Plus, it keeps kids entertained.
