I lost a lot this week but I agree @jan110144 that losing 2 lbs a week isn't sustainable. Sometimes the scale only shows a tiny loss like 0.2 but, in the long run, it goes in the right direction. I also think its more important to eat and feel healthier than it is to lose a pound or two.
