  • Belted hip squat machine is the bomb I can’t squat same amount as on barbel isolates quads more and zero strain on back Walking lunges or Bulgarian split squats
  • My daily routine starts at 8am fasted cardio , 60g porridge at 10am then back for weight training Personally this works better for me because when weights every set is to failure cardio before takes some away cardio after is ugh no way If weights early then I will carb up 30 mins before
