Hi All, I am new to this site, within the last month or so. I am currently exercising predominantly on a treadmill or spin bike. While on the treadmill I am mostly walking with some short, light jogs mixed in, sort of a modified c25k program. I have a lot of weight to lose and do not want to injure my knees or ankles…
